Packaging OP1

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
This position is responsible for helping the Packaging Lead/Supervisor complete the daily production requirements per business needs. Under the direction of the Packaging Supervisor, the Level I Operator will be responsible for maintaining continuous flow of product through the packaging department for Finished Goods per OSHA safety guidelines while adhering to all Customer Product Specifications, Good Manufacturing Practices, and all USDA/FDA-HACCP standards and requirements.

Pay Range for Packaging OP1
The Packaging OP1 base pay range $16.50 USD + shift differential/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Packaging OP1 position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Kettle Cuisine and all its legal entities comply with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
This position is also eligible for a target bonus of 5%.
