This fall, Kettle Cuisine is expanding its already extensive line of gourmet soups to include six new varieties in its foodservice line. The new soups include Coconut Curry Chicken Soup, Reuben, Organic Carrot & Coriander, Organic Chick Pea with Spinach, Organic Roasted Eggplant & Tomato and Organic Cream of Mushroom & Potato.
These new soup varieties will be available in September 2009 as part of an initiative to help re-classify an extensive portfolio of soups into categories that will help operators make selections that are most appropriate for their guests. There will be a total of 10 new categories - four flavor profiles and six nutritional profiles. The flavor profiles will include Timeless Classics, Global Explorations, Regional Favorites and Creative Adventures. The six new nutritional profiles are Vegetarian, Organic, Low Fat, Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Everyday Wellness.

The six new varieties added to Kettle Cuisine's line up of options this fall include:

Reuben - A new twist on a classic comfort food complete with natural corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. By turning a favorite sandwich into a flavorful soup, this creative adventure will have your customers enjoying the flavors of a Reuben in a delicious soup.
Organic Roasted Eggplant & Tomato Soup - Eggplant, sautéed onions and garlic finished with red ripe tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. This gluten-free, organic and vegetarian soup is a creative adventure that delivers a delicious twist on a classic tomato soup.
Organic Cream of Mushroom & Potato - A richly flavored soup that's as hearty as it is delicate, with savory mushrooms, garlic, thyme and fresh light cream. This soup is gluten-free, organic and vegetarian.
