Each of our soups is crafted with painstaking attention to detail. We search out the finest ingredients, we hand-prepare our vegetables and meats and we cook our all natural soups in small batches, adding each ingredient at just the right moment.

IngredientsTwenty five years of cooking soup has taught us that the quality of what comes out of a soup kettle is highly dependent upon the integrity of the ingredients that go into the kettle. Virtually all of our ingredients are raw and unprocessed; we only buy all natural meat and poultry, we only buy top quality produce and we buy from local suppliers whenever we can.

PreparationIn order to maintain the integrity of our top quality fresh, ingredients, each is carefully and diligently prepared for cooking. We peel potatoes moments before they are cooked, hand-cut meats and vegetables, blend our own spices, and soak raw, unprocessed beans. Rather than relying on a highly automated process, we take great pride in having cooks and chefs in our kitchens.

We cook our soups fresh, we don't simply assemble ingredients

CookingSince each ingredient requires unique preparation to maximize taste, texture, and nutritional value, we passionately practice traditional artisan cooking techniques that other soup companies forgo. We make our own soups stocks from scratch, we braise our meats, we sauté our vegetables, we cook in small batches and we add each ingredient to the kettle at just the right moment to bring you restaurant quality soup at home.
